Balanced Body® certified
Pilates has been part of my life for nearly 20 years. I'm Balanced Body® certified in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Konnector®, and I teach Reformer and Tower at Pilates Reforming New York, the city's original group Reformer studio.
I believe feeling good begins with caring for how you move. Through Pilates, I bring mindful movement and attentive instruction together to help my clients build strength, improve balance, and feel more connected to their bodies.
With thoughtful attention to alignment, breath, and the small movements that make a difference, I design each class to meet you where you are. Uplifting music and clear guidance make the practice engaging, leaving you feeling stronger, more centered, and refreshed.

A single rope system that seamlessly connects your arms and legs for full-body workouts, maximizing the versatility and effectiveness of your Pilates Reformer sessions.
A padded table with springs, bars, and straps that supports a wide range of exercises, including work done suspended.
A compact seat with a spring-loaded pedal that builds strength through small, precise movements.
Bodyweight work on the floor, where breath and control carry every movement.
I teach Reformer and Tower at Pilates Reforming New York, the city's original group Reformer studio, and offer privates as well. I love helping people feel stronger, move better, and build confidence in their bodies. I’m also planning curated Pilates trips, partnering with studios and teaching the groups I host. Why choose between a Reformer and a vacation when you can have both?
